I bought a repair guide for my car a while back and basically is a load of PDF files, but to get to the right page there is a menu system which works through a simple HTML page. At the moment i have the guide on an old windows xp netbook, but i would rather put it on the ipad as that would make it easier to read and access.

The thing works on the macbook ok, although it uses google chrome to load the HTML page, i was wondering could this guide be put onto the iPad?

If the guide is made up from a PDF file then yes. However, it will open with Safari on your iPad and should work OK. The reason it opens with Chrome on your Mac is because you have setup Chrome to be your default browser.
