Ingot my new brand new ipad 2 from store yesterday, today I realised that when I looked on a black Wallpaper on my Ipad with my brightness very high ,my ipad is surrounded with yellow light around it on the screen?

What shall I do? Shall I return it or shall I wait a few days for it go away because I heard its glue that hasn't been dried yet?

Please help.

Return it to the store and ask for a new one. The glue should have dried long ago.

It's a defective iPad, just return it and get a new one. It's definitely not glue of any sort, they don't use that for the screens..
