My iPad 1 comes with two great leather covers, one in Carbon Fiber and the other in soft leather, its original box, AC adapter and USB cord. - an iPad 1 (32gig + 3G) refurbished sells for $499 - an iPad 2 (32gig + 3G) refurbished sells for $579 - a "New iPad" (32gig + 4G) sells for $729 Of course if folks want/need WiFi + 3G...they could always settle for a lower cost 16gig model. From here...I would check Craig's List & e-Bay (like I have)...since I'm looking for an iPad 2.  I've already been doing some negotiating with some folks on Craig's List for an iPad 2 32gig WiFi + 3G...and we're usually talking around $450 ($129 below Apple's refurbished price). So for an iPad 1 32gig WiFi + 3G...I would say don't expect more than say $375-$400 (maybe less). And keep in mind...the iPad 1 16gig WiFi only (refurbished) is selling for $299 (just for some perspective): Refurbished iPad with Wi-Fi 16GB - Black (first generation) - Apple Store (U.S.) - Nick Refurbished iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G 32GB - Black - AT&T (first generation) - Apple Store (U.S.) Refurbished iPad 2 with Wi-Fi+3G 32GB - Black - AT&T (second generation) - Apple Store (U.S.) New iPad - Buy the New iPad with Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi + 4G - White or Black - Apple Store (U.S.) - Computer slow, too many "beachballs", read this: Beachballs - Computer seems slower than it used to?
