I recently purchased an iPad2. On my desktop and laptop I use Windows Live Mail (Windows Vista Home Premium platforms). Is there a way that I can sync those address books with that on my iPad?

Thanks for any thoughts on the subject.

Thanks for any thoughts on the subject.

Please do not cross post (posting to more than one forum). If you feel you posted to the wrong forum ask a Staff member to move it for you. I've merged your two posts together. Thanks.

Yes there is. Use Windows Live Mail Exchange support.

Here's a link to a post I made yesterday. This was just for email but once you've got to the last step you can choose to sync any or all of mail/calendars/contacts

External hard disk acquisition addict - but admitting the problem is the first step to a robust backup

Please use the reputation system if you think you've been helped - top right of this post

"Use Windows Live Mail Exchange Support." Not sure that I understand this.

I set up a new account, following your instructions, on my iPad. I now have two accounts (Hotmail and Exchange). However, my Contacts - imported when I first set p my iPad - are from several years ago, and this has not changed.

Obviously, I'm missing something!
