I need to put adobe pdf files on an ipad...does anyone know if the app that they have works good? This is the main reason I need the ipad, plus I will be putting mp4video and quick time tutorials on it

There are quite a few PDF readers for iOS. Adobe has theirs and Apple has iBooks which acts as a nice one as well.

There are also more advanced ones with annotations features including GoodReader.
