Is this the right place for troubleshooting? Sorry if it's not. I downloaded Pleco, a Chinese language app for free, then bought a couple of add-ons and used them on my iphone. Now when I try to update them on my iPad, my Pad and Pleco can find no record of the updates that I bought.
Is there some way to retrieve information about what upgrades and add-ons were bought on an iTunes account? All I can find (under the purchased tab on iTunes account) is a record that I downloaded the original software, but nothing about what add-ons I bought. Any help much appreciated. |

I've never bought anything "in app" before. I'd try syncing your iPhone which should save whatever you bought in that app and then syncing the iPad and see if it will install the add-ons.
I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth. In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus. |
