Hello,

I have owned an Ipad 2 for the last month and a half and absolutely love it. It is a great device I use for travel and school. My question is what is the best way to ensure that I keep the battery strong. Currently I charge the battery and as soon as it hits 100%, I unplug it. I try to let it fully discharge once or twice a month before I recharge it. Is this an acceptable method to extend the life of my device? Any input would be great, thanks!

Take a look at this page from Apple. Follow those basic recommendations to keep your battery in tip top shape.
