ipad sync photo issue

hello all, have a bit of an issue lately i have been trying to figure out with no luck..

ipad2 64gb pretty much have all my photo files,music etc. and have not had any problems till now..

after a sync of my iphone4 to get some pics from the camera roll onto my main computer..i then proceeded to do a sync of my ipad to get those pics on there.

everytime i tried (main computer is a vio running windows 7..yeah i know)to sync a windows error message pops up saying windows has to shut down..

i did a restore and no problems getting all my media to sync back up until i got to the photos and sure enough the program crashed again..now i have no photos on my ipad

any ideas guys??

just to give a little more info..zero issues when i do a sync with my phone
