Is there a way I can lock the caps key while typing. I use the screenwriting app and when introducing a new character, I have to cap the name. It's annoying having to hold down the cap key while typing at the same time.

Cheers,

Just in case someone else finds this post.

Double tap the caps key to lock/unlock.

Manual is your operating instructions, available via PDF from Apple online for all their products. That is what you read before asking a question already answered.
