They go on sale March 11th @ 5:00pm at Apple stores, and will be available to order (w/ free shipping) on apple.com. I'm wondering what time on the 11th we can order???

Normally I would always order, but for this occasion I would like to go to the store for once. The closest store to me is a little over 2 hours away, but I want to get it ASAP!

I'm buying a 32GB White wifi model for my girlfriend, and a 64GB wifi+3G for myself.

Are they only going to be available at apple stores and online? I'm in Alaska and there isn't a apple store here. Think walmart will have them on the 11th?

I have to agree here. If you're spending that much on a product you might as well make an outing of it and make the whole experience memorable. And yes for some people $400-$700 (depending on your country) is a heck of a lot of money. So best makes the most of it.

I was thinking I was going white, but to keep a streamlined look on my desk, I am going black, my ip4 is black my cinema monitor is black, so keep it all looking the same.
