iPad, airport express, and printer?

Hello all, I just got an iPad, and cannot figure out how to get it to print thru my airport express. Please help

Is your printer supported by AirPrint? More info here (including models that are supported).

If you are running 10.6.5 on your Mac and IOS 4.2 on your iPad you could try the new AirPrint feature. Official support is currently limited to about 14 HP Printers Apple - iPad - AirPrint.

There is a method available to allow AirPrint to work with some other printers. You must have print sharing turned on on your Mac though. Free & Easy Hack To Enable AirPrint On Shared Printers With Mac Computers | Go Rumors. I have done limited testing with this and it seems to be working OK.

A bit more info please:
1. What's your make and model of printer?
2. Can you print to it from your Mac/PC

Printer is a Cannon 1990 (I believe). Yes I can print from the IMac. I got it to print thru the iMac last night, but was unable to get it air port express. I used the AirPrint hacktivator, but my prints don,t seem to fill the page, only a corner. Prints normal thru iMac. Ideas?

Also is there a way to reset a wireless setup without the password?

Not used the 'Hacktivator'. Have you tried the Canon Easy-PhotoPrint iPhone/iPad app?

It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
