Camera Connection Kit & Importing Photos To Computer

I have an iPad and a camera connection kit. I transferred my photos to Ipad using kit from my Nikon D90. Everything is fine. Then I synched my iPad but I can't transfer photos to my computer. Please someone help, Thanks...
