    Unhappy iPad and iPhone dock
    Hello Y'all !!

I'm trying to find a stand or a dock that can hold my iPhone 3GS and iPad (together or
    separately).

have you ever seen one like this?

    Amazon.com: iphone 3gs dock

    edit:
Just realized you meant a single dock that will work with both of them - no.

The iPhone and iPod use a 5 watt charger while the iPad uses a 10 watt charger.

I too would like to see an all-in-one dock that holds both - preferably at the same time. It's probably just a matter of time before Griffin or Belkin come up with something.

While I don't disagree with your wattage quotes on the 2 devices when using the power plug, but you can dock your ipod / iphone to the dock for the ipad that attaches to your computer. I dock my touch to my ipad dock all the time. You are getting the same wattage from the computer USB port. Granted, charging the ipad takes a while this way, but it works for me. My battery seems to last forever on the ipad.
