To find the cost of an Apple product in a particular country, go to apple-dot-(the two letter abbreviation of that country). So, for example, to see the price of an iPad in Paris, go to apple.fr (which actually resolves to Apple.com/fr but nevermind).

The price is 499/599/699 Euros for the Wifi models, and 599/699/799 Euros for the 3G models.

PS. Google is your friend.
