i was using may dads ipad 3g out doors for about 15 minutes and i came across a major issue.

The ipad actually over heated and displayed this message.

It's a common issue if you use it under direct sunlight. I would suggest using it under the shade.

Take a laptop and use it in direct sunlight, same "issue". It's not a flaw, you use any sensitive electronics in direct sunlight, it will get hot...... Use common sense, as Kash said maybe sit under a shade tree.....
