I work for a national computer service company. I had 2 service calls today where an iPad was unable to connect to the wireless network. I noticed a similarity about the two and solved the problem. Each client had different brand routers. Both had been able to connect their iPads at other locations but not at home. Both had other devices working fine on the wireless.
This issue has been reported nationally. I will further research the solution. I have a Linksys router in a drawer that I will set up the same and see if I can further define the problem. |
