"Your package has experienced an exception"

My iPad is now, apparently, back in Louisville after having been shipped once on March 29th and again on April 2.

The delivery date is now unknown.

Wonder who messed up, Apple or UPS.

Grrr.

How did you determine the exception? Mine also showed being in Louisville, now shows re-shipped from China. So maybe mine is an exception too, or the on-line site is not correct.
