Hello,

I have pre-ordered for April 3 delivery. Does anyone know the delivery method - FedEx, UPS, USPS?

Thanks,
Mike

They usually deliver FedEX, so that is my guess.

I would also say FedEX, Seems like everything I've ever ordered from Apple has come that way.

I had to call Apple to adjust my billing info. While I had them on the phone I asked what method of shipping and whether or not they guarantee Saturday delivery. I was told that it could come through either FedEx or UPS, and that delivery on Saturday depends on whether or not that shipper does Saturday delivery in my particular location.

Doesn't sound too promising for me.

If you had to wait till the end of April like some of us do . . . . then you could complain

Mine always comes FedEX I wonder if Apple brought the first shipment to the States? Sometimes it ships from China, others like my MBA was in the States at launch. If it ships from.

Thanks for the info. Both Fedex and UPS deliver on Saturday at my location.

Now for us real crazy people, can I get the tracking number from Apple and then pick it up bright and early Saturday morning? Once you have the tracking number, you can put a hold for pickup on the package.

I'm pretty sure they and you the tracking number right when it ships. After that it's out of their hands and depends on hat the carrier offers.

Can we just pick it up from an Apple store?? I live 10 minutes away from one, and another is a mere 30 minutes further.

Yes, that is what the "reverve an ipad" is. But pick it up before 3pm on the first day of release or your reserved ipad probably will be sold on to someone else.
