Hi I am a newbee to Mac. I now have a 5s Iphone and want to get an Ipad to be able to write a report for WETT (woodstove inspections) I need to be able to fully customize the report and insert check marks and also write notes somehow. Once done, I also need to e-mail this report to my client What would I need to make this happen.
It would be greatly appreciated to get some insight on this.
I now have to do the paper thing and then go to my scanner and send it. Too archaic....

Denis

There's any many applications out there. Pages seems like the obvious fit but maybe Numbers would do too.

It's hard to give specific advice without see the a sample report template your trying to create.
