to install iOS sdk 4.3 with xcode 3.2.6

hi guys
i am varun,i just switched from windows and new to mac world.
i recently decided to develope apps for iphone, so i downloaded xcode 3.2.6 with iOS sdk 4.3 as i have latest version of xcode in my macbook but there is no iOS sdk.

i downloaded the 4.14 gb file from developer.apple.com on a windows 7 laptop
then i transferred it to my macbook with a help of flash drive.

the problem started when i tried to install it, the problem is it says " no mountable system "

please help me guyz.

Don't know since I'm not a developer.

If you have downloaded the file from Apple, then you have your developer log in and you might want to try Apple's developer forums - link.

If you've downloaded it via torrent, then that could very well be your whole issue.

i have a developer log in id and i have tried apple forums
and i have downloaded it from-
