Is there an iPhone App that enables printing directly from Microsoft Exchange with out copying the email and then printing. Noe of the ones I have tried will hook up to Exchange directly.

If you consider "Office 365" to be an iPhone app, then yes. Otherwise, I'm not sure that any of the Office substitutes can print direct from MS Exchange. However, MS is working on Office for iOS, perhaps releasing it later this year.
