Why is iOS7 causing both my iPad and iPhone to be less responsive and run sooooooo slowly?

Without more info, this is the quality of WAGs you are going to get. Please give us lots of details, but as a first step: have you tried simply reinstalling iOS 7? Maybe there was a problem with the installation ...
