    ios7 Blurred effect not working
I'm on the new software and see that when other people swipe down to access the notification center, or up to access the control panel, their screen is blurry. When I swipe up, it's solid grey and down is solid black. I've tried every wallpaper on the lockscreen and home screen and still cannot get this effect. Any ideas? Thanks
