    Transferring apps to other devices
    Is it possible to transfer or share purchased apps between devices without having to buy them again?

    Purchased from where? If purchased from the iTunes or Mac App store, then yes. Purchased from a developer, it would depend on the license.

    Yeah, WAAAAAAY too few details in your post to give you an intelligent answer.

    For starters, tell us what devices you're talking about, and what iOS version each is running.

    The generic answer chscag referred to is that if you are using the same Apple ID on both iOS devices, then yes you can just redownload purchased apps from the App Store(s) or sync them using iTunes without having to re-buy them.
