I came home from vacation. Transferred photo's etc to my mac. When I connected my iPhone Itunes asked to upgrade iOS. So I did and I lost all my notes. I did have iCloud enabled and Notes on. Is there a way for retrieve them. I think I did a Time Machine backup before upgrading. I don't know file name for notes.
QUOTE Thanks

What version of iOS did you upgrade from and to?

Have you checked all accounts in notes on your phone?

What version of OSX do you have?

External hard disk acquisition addict - but admitting the problem is the first step to a robust backup
