Landscape view on i phone 4

Although my i phone 4 will rotate to landscape view in messages and photos it will not rotate in contacts . Can somebody please help me

Not every application works in landscape mode. Contacts happens to be one of those. If an application doesn't support it, you can't force it to work in that mode..
