iPhone 4
Version 6.0.1
AT&T
.................

I do phone volunteer work for several national charitable organizations.

I'd like to use my iPhone to make those calls - but wish to remain anonymous to those I'm calling.

Does my iPhone automatically identify me when making outgoing calls?

Settings > General > About > Name: Steve Smith
Will Steve Smith automatically show up on the recipients caller ID ?

Thanks

Don't know about you.... but when I receive an incoming call and the caller ID is blocked, I refuse to answer and kill the call.

I know just what you mean, and normally leave my Caller ID set to ON.

However, when doing volunteer phone work - I'll make hundreds of calls ...
And inevitably I wind up with a few nuts ...
They may get ****** off that I phoned them during a basketball game or something ...
And actually call me back and try to harass me.
I can't do my volunteer work that way.
QUOTE Thanks
