Find an application to uninstall

I am trying to install Wacom-Bamboo Pen and touch. I had the newer version and un-installed it using AppCleaner...I think I failed to use the un-install provided by the original CD and I am paying for that mistake.
The Tablet that I am installing is the older version. No matter what I do, it tells me that a newer version of the software is already on my MAC and doesn't let me to install it. I searched everywhere, even deleted anything that had the word Tablet or Bamboo or Wacom or even Pen in it. Still no luck.
Any recommendation on how to search?
P.S. this issue has beed addressed on different reviews and until they could get rid of every single related file of the newer version painfully, they couldn't install anything.

Why not reinstall the new version, then use it's own uninstaller.I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
