Speeeding the original iPhone with iOS 3.1.3
I recently revived the original iPhone (jailbroken) that can only be upgraded to iOS 3.1.3.

Is there any mods to speed it up? Would a "Reset All Settings" or "Erase All Content and Settings" help?

The original iPhone is running at around 412Mhz with 128MB of memory. A full reset is going to clear things up, but do not compare it's performance to the newer iPhones that run at 1GHz or faster and have either 512MB or 1GB of memory..

For it's time, the iPhone was plenty fast compared to what was out there..

There are no "mods" you can do to really speed up the processor or give you more memory which are the only things that can actually speed it up..

As stated previously, there's nothing you can do about that.
