Can anyone tell me why are my iMessages showing as coming from my email address and every time I send a message my husband gets a copy of it on his iPhone plus the reply? My iphone is new and I synced it with my computer today..Thankyou

Mac Specs: 2012 MBP, Black speakers, Black Benq second monitor, black(ish) iPhone 5s, Black 2012 iPad, etc.

he evidently is using the same email address as you are for iMessage. You need to set up your iMessage to use your PHONE NUMBER not your email address.

Yes I ended up ringing Apple Care and that's exactly what they told me to do! so thank you
very much for your advice, all is working well now!
