Is there a way to reinstall the previous version of the iOS?

My daughter has an iPad 2 and uses the YouTube app a lot. As you all know, when we updated the iPad to the newest version of iOS the YouTube app was removed. I would have never updated her iPad had I known it was going to remove the YouTube app.

Please let me know if there is a way to revert back to a previous version and if so, how to do that. Thanks.

Downgrading isn't officially supported, but if you happen to have the firmware for the previous versions of iOS, then you can follow the video below and downgrade..

How to downgrade from ISO 6 back to 5.1.1 - YouTube

Doesn't work for me, I'm told I need to save SHSH Blob for 5.1.1, and when I try to do that it says I'm too late.
Any ideas??
