Have you got an Apple ID on iTunes?

Firstly, does the beta still let you use a recovery mode
OS X: About OS X Recovery

Otherwise.....
To download Mountain Lion you will have to buy it from the App store, either by setting up a temporary account on someone else's Mac (be sure to delete the user account with your Apple ID after use), download the software and copy it onto a bootable USB stick

OS X Mountain Lion: The Mac-Forums Guide | Mac-Forums Blog

Or if you contact Apple and live near a store, they might help you out
