I have recently begun having trouble saving my word files and files I have downloaded off my emails to our server. It appears to loose the link between my laptop (that I am using as a desktop) and the server even though they are connected directly with each other. I work in an office that is all windows based and I get no end of criticism for using a mac .... this is the latest problem with the utility of the product that Apple can't resolve nor can my tech support person!

I'm about to give up and go back to a windows product!
