Best webcam app for the iphone 4s?

So I'm trying to use a newer music performance website called "Stageit"... if you haven' checked this out it's really cool. Anyway I need a webcam for the site and I have an iphone 4s so I was wondering what the best webcam app is for the iphone?

Also what is the best attachment to hook up your iphone to a tripod? I was checking out these two:
