There will be some cross over with these, so here is a start
What's your favorite iPhone/iPod Touch app?

This has some good input
iPad Apps

Several more threads as this has been asked a lot, but that is a start.

For me, my favorite APPs are

Where's My Water
Kindle
iBooks
MegaReader (Stanza replacement)
1PassWord
FreeCell
Sudoku
InstaPaper
Politico
MacTracker
iNet
Zinio

I've always wanted to be smart, handsome and modest. But, I guess I'll have to be satisfied with two out of three . . .

I primarily use my iPad for college and I LOVE Notability.
I view converted PPTs, draw diagrams, type letters, and just doodle on it.
It's so entertaining!

Dropbox is another fav. Makes sharing files between any computer and my iPad super easy.

Finally, all Big Fish Games are great. They are brain teasers and stuff like that. The full games are expensive (like $5-$7 each) but they have very long free trials I use.
