I downloaded the iTunes upgrade now my iphone and ipad won't synch

Member Since: Apr 12, 2012 Posts: 1	04-12-2012, 03:06 PM I downloaded the iTunes upgrade and now my iphone and ipad are acting up. It seems like it deleted all my record/back up from previous synch. What am I supposed to do now?
