Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows where the setup for Mac OS X Lion goes when being downloaded from App Store?

Thanks

The installer that's downloaded from the App Store gets deleted once the installation of Lion is doing. If you want to install it again, you have to download it again from the App Store..you can find it in your Purchased section..

Yea i figured it would be deleted. Searched everywhere on the net but didn't come to any answer.

I guess downloading it again would be the only option.

Yup, you can download it again for free and then burn a copy of the DMG to a DVD or USB flash drive as a backup or do one of the following:

My main reason am asking if i can locate the installer is because i have another macbook pro and my internet isn't that fast and it would take me 2-3 days of download.
I will consider the websites you have suggested.

Those websites tell you how to make installation media from the installer you download from the App Store, but you still have to download the installer first..
