Are you using gmail iMac or exchange?
I'm using exchange and happily sync notes and more External hard disk acquisition addict - but admitting the problem is the first step to a robust backup Please use the reputation system if you think you've been helped - top right of this post |

The only thing I'd suggest is creating a dummy contact and gradually build up info, including notes. Perhaps it's a volume issue rather than an individual field issue. added a note to a contact online, it appeared on my phone near instantly edited the note on the phone and the change appeared online in seconds removed the note online and it disappeared on my phone. There's got to be something I'm missing. Hopefully you or someone else will spot it External hard disk acquisition addict - but admitting the problem is the first step to a robust backup Please use the reputation system if you think you've been helped - top right of this post |

Update:
I'm considering buying FileMaker now. Does anyone know much about this? Will the one box I purchase in the apple store, install on my mac and PC? Is there a limit to the amount of users? I then need to keep them in sync, so will I need to buy FileMaker server? Or is there a cheaper way? Quite expensive considering I'd have 2 maybe 3 users. |
