Hi there

My partner's inherited my old iPhone 4, as I upgraded to a 4s.

She's previously been an HTC fan-girl and she likes having today's appointments on top when she wakes the phone up (apparently pushing the iCal button is inconvenient_....

My question is can iCal be made to do that?

If not, is anyone aware of an app that'll do it?

Thanks

When you say desktop do you mean the home screen? If your old iPhone 4 has got the iOS5 upgrade then Message Centre does just that.

iMac 27-inch Mid 2010 (wow....that old...eeeks!), WD My Book 1TB Firewire,WD My Passport Air 500GB, Magic Mouse,Magic Trackpad,
iPhone 5C, iPod Nano 4GB 3rd Gen, ATV2.
MOTM October 2012. These days normally happy with an occasional grumble.

Sorry - yeah I meant homescreen.... by the time I realized I'd misnamed it, it was too late to edit it

Can't recall which iOS it's got, but will try the message centre option

Thanks

OK - I've done that, but the pull down screen for the notifications doesn't appear to be able to be set as the default home screen - any further suggestions?
