Help! Problem with downloading some apps..

Since last week I cannot update my twitter and simisim app.. I can't also download some app.. It will always say unable to download application. I'm using iPhone 4. Please help me! What should I do? Thanks..

Are you downloading them from the Appstore on the iPhone itself?

Have you updated to the current OS (iOS 5.1)??

Yes.. I just updating at the AppStore the iPhone itself... I just updated my iOS to 5.1 the other day..

If would be helpful if you could be more specific about exactly what you mean by "can't update" and "can't download." What error messages are you getting? Be specific, please.

I can't update some of my apps like twitter and simisim... I can't also download some apps in the AppStore.
