iPad video sync

Hi,
I recently purchased an ipad2 and have for the most part sync'ed it with my iTunes account. However the videos I've shot on my iPhone have not come across like all my photo's have. The details in settings under pictures tab and video tab are the same iTunes account name and password. Yet no videos.
Any ideas guys.
