The battery in my old (2008) ipod touch 64GB 4.2.1 was only lasting for about two hours internet use so I just got a new black ipod 4.3.5. I purposely got last years black model because I didn't want 5.0 due to it's problems. Sadly, I can't say that the battery life on the new ipod is any better than the old one. Push, notifications, and locations have all been turned off. Any other ideas? It seems to me that I shouldn't have to turn off all of that stuff. I mean, why put the stuff on the ipod if the battery isn't up to the task. On internet use I get about two hours before I have to recharge it. The old ipod would let me go a couple of days before having to do a recharge. If the battery needs recharging every two hours then the battery is going to have a very short life. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?
