Contacts app problem

I cannot add or delete contacts because + or edit no long appears.

Has anyone experienced this?

What device have you and what OS are you running. Just so i know where to send you to grab the .plist

OS = 5.1

Considering the 5.1 update is out today, it might be a bug atm. I personally don't have a iPad with 5.1 to check it out so hopefully someone will pop in and try theirs to compare.
