iPhone won't accept password from Apple ID

Hi All,

The iPhone4 we use can't load in apps because no matter the password, it says it's wrong. We change it and confirm it is changes and still won't accept the new one. On our Powerbook G4 the Apple ID works and the new password works but the phone is not accepting passwords...

All I can suggest is that you look VERY carefully at the AppleID on the iPhone4 and make SURE it is spelled correctly (no extra spaces etc)

Thanks Chas. That wasn't the fix. My wife ended up taking it to the Verizon store and they reset the phone. I did that after backing up the device and updating the software but apparently I didn't know the trick. Now it works....Hmmm
