UpGrading ICal Calenders _ Huh?

Since I installed iCloud and iOS 5 everything seems to be fine except for ICal trying to "upgrade calendars" on the desktop." Doesn't want to do it, keeps asking if I want to do it, and is driving me nuts! What to do?
