IPhone 4 Photo Album Problem

Every once in a while my Camera Roll will suddenly move behind the "Albums" name plate and i can't access my photos. I have to turn the phone completely off and restart it. Anyone else had this problem? Is there a permanent fix?

Mac Specs: 24" iMac 2.8Ghz/4GB RAM/ 320 GB HD SuperDrive
