Go to that page on your iPhone.
Tap on the picture - it'll open a new page with the pic only
Touch the screen and hold until the popup menu comes up
Select Save Image
Now go to Settings - Wallpaper
Hit the arrow
Open your Camera Roll and tap on that picture, then hit the Set button

thanks, but i want it to fit the whole screen, but not look bad by doing that.

You need to get an graphics program and modify the image to the size you want. Try Pixelmator.
