Any itunes sound controls on a IP4?

just noticed i cannot change any sound settings on my IP4 ? unlike my older ipod ?

is it possible or is there a app that can control settings etc ?

what are you referring ....

go to settings and then music not sounds you will find many options....

Your title says "controls" whereas your post says "settings." What exactly is it that you're trying to do? Do you mean the popup controls that would show up when you double clicked the Home button or something else?
