Pay to unlock iPhone

I'm about to get an iPhone 4 that is locked to the three network and will have to (hopefully) unlock it.
I've had a look through various sites and came across

It seems really easy and well priced (which makes me a bit suspicious), has anyone used this site to unlock an iphone 4?

Don't pay to unlock an iPhone. If you do you are getting ripped off.

Thanks, as it turns out the chap selling it is able to get it unlocked by 3 so hopefully when it arrives i should be up and running.
