Lost folders

When I checked my iphone 3gs this morning all of my App folders had disappeared and all my apps were scattered all over the place. As I have too many Apps to display without folders I cant see all of my apps.

Any advice please!

Did u Manage your folders on your iPhone then sync to iTunes? If so manage your folders in iTunes then resync and u should be fixed up.
